Effects of two different volume-equated weekly distributed short-term plyometric training programs on futsal players’ physical performance

The aim was to analyze the effect of two different plyometric training programs (i.e., one vs. two sessions per week, same total weekly volume) on physical performance in futsal players.

The one day per week plyometric training was capable of improving RSA and in the two days per week plyometric training group only trivial improvements were obtained, may indicate that a one plyometric training day may be the most appropriate program for improving physical performance in futsal players.
